SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT, INC. (SDI) AND SDI DISTRIBUTORS HAVE BEEN CREATED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF A CHANGING MARKETPLACE

MINNEAPOLIS (November 8, 2005) — Slamco and Sell Through, Inc. are announcing a reallocation of assets resulting in the formation of two new companies, Solutions Development, Inc. (SDI) and SDI Distributors owned by Solutions Development, Inc. (SDI) and SDI Distributors which will function in the marketplace alongside Slamco and Sell Through, Inc.

Solutions Development, Inc. (SDI) and SDI Distributors will begin operation immediately and will be focused on providing industry leading Sales, Service, Solutions and Distribution for the manufacturing and service industries. SDI and SDI Distributors will establish themselves as leaders in the outsourced marketing services industry by utilizing state-of-the-art technology, processes and focused personnel.
