ADAM VAN DYKE

Director of Learning and Development

Adam Van Dyke got his start in retail at a very young age.  Growing up in retail,
he helped his parents grow their one retail location into a chain of stores.

 

After obtaining his Business Degree in San Diego, CA, his interest in music and movies brought him to the consumer electronics industry.  Adam’s success in sales and management
quickly grew into a desire to teach others how to sell and grow their business. 
It was then that he realized his aspiration to enter the sales and management training field.

Adam brings over 25 years of sales training and management to the table.  He has trained, created sales training materials, and/or developed marketing strategies for companies
in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and China.  Adam has also managed
remote sales and training teams throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Some of the retailers that Adam has worked with are Best Buy, Target, Costco,
Home Depot, Lowes, RC Willey, and P.C. Richard and Son. 

 

A few of the manufacturers that he has created training materials for are Samsung, Sonos, Hitachi, DirecTV, TiVo, Sonance, Klipsch, Denon, Energy, Mirage, Insignia/Rocketfish,
Logitech, Rockford Fosgate, iSimple, Wiremold, and Monster Cable.

Adam is skilled at delivering a return on investment (ROI) when it comes to training initiatives and continues to be a leader throughout the learning and development industry.
